Mineral Processing Pilot Plant

Kian Madan Pars (KMP) Company Mineral Processing Pilot Plant, has been constructed based on different requirement for pilot Test and Mineral Processing Plant Design.

KMP Pilot Plant has different units of Crushing, Grinding, Regrinding, Particle Size separation, Magnetic separation, Gravity separation and Flotation circuit can be perform basic and detailed studies required for Mineral Processing Plant Design.

Some properties of this unit are as following:

  • Flotation of all minerals up to 9 stages of cleaner
  • Flotation tests from 150 to 1000 kg/h
  • Flotation tests in pH conditions from 2 to 12
  • Wet and dry Magnetic tests in various Particle Size
